Cookery Courses

With space for up to 12 students at a time, our beautiful bespoke classroom is kitted out with state of the art induction hobs, plenty of ovens and even height-adjustable work stations. We have a beautiful dining room and terrace where you can enjoy your creations after your course and we’ll even do your washing up for you in our separate utility room - unless you are a child, in which case you need to learn this useful skill!

We can allow for most food allergies or specific dietary requirements in our courses; simply let us know in advance so that we can guarantee we can accommodate them on the day.

We can also provide gift vouchers for you to purchase as a great present for birthdays, Christmas or special occasions. These are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and the course must be booked in advance.

Adult open courses

Are you looking for a new activity here in Verbier? We can offer you a fun, informative and creative alternative to outdoor sports, right in the centre of the village. We run several different courses across the week that are open to all and which vary in length, allowing you to choose how much time you would like to spend with us. We would be delighted to see you for as many or as few as suits you.

We are open year-round, and this winter we have some exciting new changes to the timetable, including our new masterclasses: each Friday we will run a short masterclass covering one recipe. We've picked our absolute favourites for you to learn how to make the "ultimate". Why not try Mastering Beef Wellington, Lemon Tart, Steak Frites, Apple Strudel, or another from our selection? 

Once a month we will also run a masterclass workshop in tempering and making beautiful chocolates. If you've ever wanted to learn the art of working with chocolate, then this is the course for you and you also get to take lots of delicous chocolate home with you!!).

And as always we have a broad range of classes for you to choose from over the coming few months. Why not try Swiss Alpine Classics and learn to make rost, fondue and some toblerone truffles, or Asian Dumplings, or even Croissants & Pastries! There is something for everyone.

Private Adults' Classes

As well as our schedule of classes open to all, we can arrange private classes for individuals, groups and families. Perhaps you'd like an individual class dedicated to one particular skill, or maybe you'd like to offer an unforgettable bespoke experience to a friend or family member. Or are you searching for a fun-packed group activity among friends or as a family? We can put together a session that features exactly the kind of menu and skill-levels you are looking for. Kids open courses - Making Mini Masterchefs

Would you like your kids to take part in really fun cooking lessons? We run three courses a week, year-round, for 5-8 year olds and 8-12 year olds. They can come along to individual classes or take part in a course of classes, and can build their skill set week by week. Click here to find out more.

Private Kid's Classes & Parties

We can organise private classes for children too. These sessions can be the perfect group event for a birthday celebration, a series of classes to give them fundamental skills or just a really fun, creative activity! Classes can be arranged to suit your requirements perfectly, and can last from one hour to 3 hours, depending on your needs and the ages and numbers of children. Intensive gap year courses

Next year we hope to run cookery courses for school leavers and gap year students. These will be comprehensive cooking courses to help those living away from home. They will cover all the basic cooking skills needed, as well as simple food hygiene. The course includes five days tuition in a week, with two meals a day provided during this time, accommodation on a shared basis (if required) and optional activities in their free time. Indian Feast!

Amazing evening spent at the Round the World Series learning to cook an Indian feast! It was great team bonding and so much fun learning an lots of different recipes and cooking tips along the way. Everyone enjoyed eating the fruits of their labour in the beautiful and cosy dining room afterwards. Already looking for an excuse to come back... would highly recommend!
