Gap Year Courses

Next year we hope to run cookery courses for school leavers and gap year students. These will be comprehensive cooking courses to help those living away from home. They will cover all the basic cooking skills needed, as well as simple food hygiene.

The course includes five days tuition in a week, with two meals a day provided during this time, accommodation on a shared basis (if required) and optional activities in their free time. Gluten-free baking

Thank you Cat, I really enjoyed my time at Mountain Thyme. I had the quiche for lunch and it was sooooo delicious and the muffin for afternoon tea, I am thrilled I took samples as I have got to savour it all once again. Bread with some soup last night but the rest is in my deep-freeze :-) I shall definitely try to do another course next time I am here.
