Knife Skills

Learn to chop, fillet, slice and dice at our knife skills workshop. Using knives is fundamental to cooking, and mastering that use is a game-changer. We'll cover sharpening, boning, filleting, efficient chopping techniques and make some yummy food along the way, which we'll then enjoy together with a glass of wine. 

Class duration 2h30 (we can also do a longer class of 4h30, in which we cover boning meat and delve further into use of your knives)
